В этом обращении школьник сообщает, что ходить в школу невозможно, приходится прыгать через лужи, чтобы не упасть, а портфель тяжелый, там учебники, тетради, пеналы, ручки.
В заключении видео рязанец говорит, что, скорее всего, многие дети все таки падают в лужи по дороге в школу.
Обратит ли внимание Любимов на это обращение неизвестно. Но сам факт пренебрежительного отношения даже к самым маленьким рязанцам говорит многое о действующей власти.
