По ходатайству следователя ГСУ СК России по Московской области судом в отношении супругов, подозреваемых в истязании малолетней дочери с особой жестокостью (п. «г, д,е» ч. 2 ст.117 УК РФ), избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
Ранее сообщалось, что с января 2024 года супруги, находясь по месту жительства в городе Лобне, систематически избивали свою дочь 2012 г.р., а также причиняли ей множественные ожоги раскаленными на огне металлическими предметами по различным частям тела.
🟦На допросе подозреваемые свою вину не признали, сообщив о том, что ребенок сам причинил себе травмы.
🟦По уголовному делу назначены судебно-медицинская и психолого-психиатрическая экспертизы. В ближайшее время обоим фигурантам будет предъявлено обвинение. Расследование продолжается.

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming.
