До 1 января 2026 года продлены: • упрощенный порядок внесения изменений в проектную документацию в связи с заменой строительных ресурсов на российские аналоги, • порядок и случаи изменения существенных условий государственных контрактов по строительству, • особенности подтверждения пригодности новых материалов, изделий, конструкций и технологий в строительстве, • особенности выдачи разрешений на строительство площадных объектов на двух и более земельных участках.
