Медовый лосось
Всё максимально просто и быстро: 1. Стейки лосося (целые или половинки) обжарить в небольшом количестве масла (примерно по 4 минуты с каждый стороны) и выложить на тарелку.
2. В ту же сковороду влить заранее подготовленный соус из следующих ингредиентов: - соевый соус — 2 ст.ложки - мёд — 2 ст.ложки - лаймовый сок из 1/2 лайма - чеснок — 1-2 зубчика (этот пункт по желанию, можно обойтись и без него)
3. Доводим соус до кипения, выкладываем в него стейки лосося и тушим несколько минут, постоянно поливая их со всех сторон соусом.
В принципе на этом можно остановиться и подать рыбу с рисом. А можно довести блюдо до совершенства и добавить к нему изящный штрих:

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
