29 ноября Замоскворецкий суд Москвы отклонил иск Омского гражданского объединения к Минюсту.
Представители проекта со ссылкой на своего юриста сообщили, что чиновники не предоставили доказательств финансирования объединения из-за рубежа. Доказательством иностранного влияния в суде стали административные дела в отношении активистов за участие в пикетах и митингах.
Омское гражданское объединение обжалует решение суда.
Проект попал в реестр иноагентов 21 июля. В октябре основатели Омского гражданского объединения Ричард Кинг, Даниил Чебыкин и Николай Родькин получили штрафы за неисполнение обязанностей иностранных агентов.
