Общий градостроительный потенциал проектов КРТ в стадии реализации составляет 139,7 млн кв. м недвижимости, из которых 101,9 млн кв. м приходится на жилье.
Регионами было принято 720 решений по КРТ, из которых 217 относятся к 2024 году.
По всей стране продолжается подбор новых территорий для КРТ. Сегодня в проработке находится 1429 территорий общей площадью 35,7 тыс. га.
В регионах расселение ветхого и аварийного жилья также является одним из приоритетов применения КРТ.
