خوشا به حال ايران و خوشا به حال كاروان هنر ملي و مردمي ايرانزمين. آنان كه هميشه دست و سايه و حرمت عشق بر سرشان بود و محبت و لطف مردمشان در دل و جان. هنري كه هرگز كهنه نشد. گوهري كه به همت مردمي و ملي و انساني بودنش, تا هميشه بر چكاد و ستيغ قله‌هاي فخر و شكوه اين بوم و بر مي‌درخشد.

While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization.
