🤍26 февраля в Петровском Путевом дворце состоялась вторая Казачья ассамблея, продолжившая традицию ежегодных культурных мероприятий Ирины Узденовой при поддержке ее супруга.

Мероприятие торжественно завершило деловой форум RU.Локация, посвященный лучшим практикам и успешным проектам работы с наследием России.
Тема мероприятия в этом году - «Казачество, каким его не знала Москва».

Эстетика донской культуры была представлена в новом прочтении и перекликалась с масленичными традициями казаков.

Среди гостей были замечены представители министерств, Гос Думы, администрации Президента, иностранных посольств, руководители музеев, а также Павел Деревянко, Егор Бероев, Ани Лорак, Андрей Малахов, Сати Спивакова, Полина Чернышова, режиссер Сергей Урсуляк, Наталья Карпова, Илья Давыдов, Елена Филипченкова, дизайнер Алена Ахмадуллина, солисты Большого театра Кристина Кретова, Игорь Цвирко и многие другие представители светской Москвы.

Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
