В Воткинске 16-летний подросток получил термический ожог спины от петарды. Как уточнили в ведомстве, знакомые решили пошутить над пострадавшим и забросили ему в куртку петарду.
Ранее в МЧС сообщали, что в праздничные дни в Удмуртии от пиротехники пострадали 11 человек, в том числе 9 детей.
