Следственный комитет завершил расследование в отношении 25-летнего жителя Можги, обвиняемого в истязании и неисполнении обязанностей по воспитанию несовершеннолетних детей, сообщает пресс-служба СК Удмуртии.
Как установило следствие, с июня по сентябрь 2024 года обвиняемый систематически наносил побои и жестоко обращался со своими 4 несовершеннолетними детьми.
По результатам психолого-психиатрической экспертизы обвиняемого признали вменяемым. Мужчина полностью признал свою вину.
Уголовное дело об истязаниях направлено в Кизнерский районный суд.
