На Камчатке Усть-Большерецкий суд приговорил Игоря Редькина к одному году ограничения свободы. С учетом того, что экс-депутат во время расследования содержался под домашним арестом, срок ограничения свободы уменьшили до 9 месяцев.
Редькин признан виновным по части 1 статьи 109 УК (причинение смерти по неосторожности) и части 1 статьи 258 УК РФ (незаконная охота).
Собственно говоря, такой приговор был вполне ожидаемым. Тем более, что дело рассматривалось в особом порядке.
