وَ قَالَ عليه‌السلام: مَثَلُ اَلدُّنْيَا كَمَثَلِ اَلْحَيَّةِ لَيِّنٌ مَسُّهَا وَ اَلسُّمُّ اَلنَّاقِعُ فِي جَوْفِهَا يَهْوِي إِلَيْهَا اَلْغِرُّ اَلْجَاهِلُ وَ يَحْذَرُهَا ذُو اَللُّبِّ اَلْعَاقِلُ. و درود خدا بر او، فرمود: دنياى حرام چون مار سمّى است، پوست آن نرم ولى سمّ كشنده در درون دارد، نادان فريب خورده به آن مى‌گرايد، و هوشمند عاقل از آن دورى گزيند.

Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
