Ще одне повернення наших людей, на яке ми завжди чекаємо й заради яких працюємо.

49 українців і українок удома. Це воїни Збройних Сил України, Національної гвардії, Національної поліції, Державної прикордонної служби, а також наші цивільні люди. Зокрема, Леніє Умєрова – дівчина, яку росіяни захопили в заручники, коли вона приїхала піклуватися про хворого батька. Також вдалося звільнити ще частину захисників і захисниць «Азовсталі». Вдома й Герой України, військовий медик Віктор Івчук.

Я дякую всій нашій команді, яка забезпечує звільнення полонених і заручників із російської неволі. І окремо хочу відзначити кожен наш, український, підрозділ, який поповнює обмінний фонд для нашої держави. Всі наші воїни, які беруть у полон російського окупанта, усі наші служби, які знешкоджують російських диверсантів і колаборантів, наближають звільнення наших людей. Маємо повернути додому всіх наших – і воїнів, і цивільних.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
