На данный момент 18 школ в Бишкеке не оснащены системами видеонаблюдения. В этих учебных учреждениях, а также в 118 детских садах планируется провести установку видеокамер. Мэрия должна завершить данные работы к началу второго полугодия 2025 года.
Вице-мэр Мирлан Байгончоков ранее отметил, что в бюджете Бишкека на 2025 год не заложены средства для установки видеокамер, но добавил, что городские власти найдут необходимые ресурсы для реализации этих проектов.
