По сути, весь город — это один сплошной прикол, а во главе его стоит наш любимый губернатор Андрей Чибис. Но его, похоже, ничуть не смущает количество фонтанов и озер в Мурманске.
Может быть тогда все же переименуем лозунг региона и сделаем «На Севере — плыть»?
