В соответствии с поправками, соавтором которых я являюсь, одна организация будет обслуживать всю сеть газопотребления многоквартирных домов – и домовое, и внутриквартирное газовое оборудование. Более того, жильцов обязуют предоставлять беспрепятственный доступ в свои квартиры для обслуживания газового оборудования.
