Структура будущей компании будет выглядеть следующим образом: 47% актива перейдет АО «Сайберус», оставшиеся 53% — частным инвесторам в разных долях. Гендиректор F.A.C.C.T. Валерий Баулин возглавит новую компанию, текущие акционеры ООО в структуры новой компании не войдут.
