Днем 26 ноября у Чернореченского моста велись работы по укреплению набережной. Случайно строители выловили из воды пакет, в котором лежала часть человеческой ноги в ботинке. На место происшествия прибыли сотрудники полиции и СК. Акваторию Черной речки обследовали водолазы.
