В Тутаеве мы видим совсем другую картину: на Романовской стороне улицы, прилегающие к реке то и дело прерываются оврагами, а пройти насквозь напрямую можно только по трём улицам, довольно удалённым от Волги.
Такой характер города увлекает, так и хочется петлять, гулять по улицам зигзагами, то подниматься, то опускаться к набережной.
Отдельно стоит отметить, что историческая часть города практически полностью застроена частным жильём, а многоэтажные постройки отнесены ближе к заводам. Да, это вполне логично и закономерно, но согласитесь, именно центр города часто сносили под чистую и строили нечто более современное.
Думаю, именно этот факт придаёт городу особое очарование.
