Красноярская транспортная прокуратура установила, что в период с ноября по декабрь 2024 года строительно-монтажным трестом № 13 - филиалом АО «РЖДстрой» по заключённым договорам на поставку материальных ценностей и выполнение строительных работ допущена задолженность перед субъектами малого и среднего предпринимательства в общем размере более 52 миллионов рублей.
Устранить выявленные нарушения закона транспортная прокуратура потребовала во внесённом руководителю треста представлении.
По результатам его рассмотрения задолженность погашена.
