Когда на душе нелегко, мне всегда помогает один рецепт. Убрать телефон подальше, взять собаку, выйти на улицу и - гулять, смотреть, замечать...
У нас нет поблизости леса или полей, где можно остаться один на один с природой. И нет машины, чтобы туда доехать. Мы довольствуемся малым - своим районом. Но и здесь можно увидеть многое, если захотеть.
И вот уже рядом с домом вдруг белеет кустик подснежников! Вот птичка с очень тонким клювом и необыкновенным голосом. Жаль, что она так высоко - хотелось бы рассмотреть её поближе.
А вот рыбак неосмотрительно выходит на уже хрупкий лёд речки - и не один, а с кошкой! Они забирают улов (одна рыбка достаётся хвостатой спутнице :) и осторожно уходят на берег. Это было пару недель назад, сейчас выходить на лёд опасно даже кошкам.
Я решила показать вам книгу, которая как раз учит подмечать такие моменты и находить свет в обыденных вещах. Она старенькая (найти можно только на Авито), но точно достойна оказаться в этом блоге❤️

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
