Вертолёт принадлежал Государственной службе Украины по чрезвычайным ситуациям.

Глава Нацполиции Игорь Клименко сообщил, что в результате авиакатастрофы погибли министр МВД Украины Монастырский, первый замминистра Енин (на фото) и госсекретарь Лубкович. Всего известно о 18 погибших, из них 3 детей.

22 потерпевших находятся в больнице, из которых 10 детей.
