Вчера Госдума отказалась поддерживать наше протокольное поручение, направленное на получение от Правительства РФ информации об основаниях для фактического введения в РФ социальных нормативов потребления электроэнергии.
Пока резкий рост платы за электроэнергию ощутили на себе граждане, у которых дома отапливаются электрокотлами (социальный тариф действует только до 3900 кВт).
Но «аппетит приходит во время еды»! Несмотря на отклоненное поручение рассмотрение вопроса на уровне профильного комитета все же состоится.

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world."
