Я тут на днях ходил на турники и за тренировку подтянулся 160 раз, а затем столько же отжался на брусьях. Устал неимоверно. Такая тренировка занимает у меня почти два часа. Основная цель – достичь общей цифры, неважно с каким количеством подходов.
Мне кажется, такие тренировки с собственным весом наиболее эффективны, потому что мышцы забиваются быстро и создается иллюзия, что вроде уже как бы и хватит – нормально позанимался. На самом деле, можно сделать еще в 3 раза больше.
Ну и ощущения после этого соответствующие и в мышцах, и в голове: «Ничего себе, я 160 раз подтянулся!»
Я понимаю, что тут далеко не всем важно сколько я пробежал или поболтался на турнике, но тут уж прошу извинить – пишу обо всем, что интересно!
