В социальных сетях мнения о причинах такого загрязнения разделились. Одни считают, что причиной является работа городской котельной, расположенной в центре города, а другие склонны предполагать, что это сажа из частного сектора.
Так или иначе, проблема с грязным воздухом есть и ее необходимо решать. Только власти города и всего региона не так заинтересованы в этом, как местные жители.
