Ну что, прервем вынужденную по вопросам монтажа и других насущных проблем паузу и сразу с "оптимистической" ноты: сразу два подводных кабеля связи, прилегающих по дну Балтийского моря, были повреждены в ночь на понедельник. Один между Литвой и Швецией, второй- между Финляндией и Германией. Причём последний - единственный кабель Финляндии.
Все телекоммуникационные связи, для которых используется этот подводный кабель связи, прекращены.
Представитель обслуживающей компании "Traficom" подтвердил, что в результате повреждения кабеля нарушены международные коммуникационные соединения Финляндии. Пока причина повреждения не установлена.
Также есть повреждения в двух сегментах кабеля связи между Литвой и Швецией, в результате чего на треть сократился доступ к интернету. Литовская сторона сказала, что ранее наблюдались небольшие повреждения из-за якорей, но в этот раз разрыв проходит по двум отдельным местам кабеля, что вызывает сомнения в случайном воздействии.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
