В центре Челябинска в июне этого года будут снесены два 96-летних многоквартирных дома на улицах Пушкина, 69 и Свободы, 82а. На месте бараков по проекту о комплексном развитии территории (КРТ) построят новый жилой комплекс.
«В соответствии с графиком, подготовленным застройщиком и размещенным на сайте администрации города, переселение граждан из жилых помещений в указанных многоквартирных домах планируется в апреле-мае 2025 года. Сейчас застройщик проводит необходимую работу с жильцами», – сообщила пресс-служба челябинской мэрии.
