По данным следствия, обвиняемые договорились с представителями коммерческой организации, что передадут должностному лицу вознаграждение за содействие в сдаче экзамена по промышленной безопасности.
Для этих целей посредникам дали 108 тысяч рублей. Из них 48 тысяч рублей они украли. А когда передавали инспектору оставшиеся 60 тысяч, их задержали сотрудники ФСБ.
✔️Злоумышленникам вменяют посредничество во взяточнистве и мошенничество. Уголовное дело в отношении инспектора выделено в отдельное производство.
