Британо-нидерландская энергетическая корпорация Shell передумала ликвидировать российское дочернее предприятие ООО "Шелл нефтегаз девелопмент", которое является единственным российским ответчиком по иску Генпрокуратуры РФ к Shell, следует из данных Единого государственного реестра юридических лиц (ЕГРЮЛ).
Согласно ЕГРЮЛ, в обновленных 15 ноября сведениях больше нет упоминаний о ликвидации юридического лица. Предыдущая запись была внесена 8 октября. Ожидалось, что ООО "Шелл нефтегаз девелопмент" будет ликвидирована до 10 сентября 2025 года.
