Помимо возвращения фронтона, на него вернут и декоративный «вазон», утраченный в 1970-х. Конструкция дома будет отстроена заново, но по всем сделанным обмерам.
Домик был расселён ещё в 00-х. Много лет он стоял заброшенным и его растаскивали на дрова мародёры. В 2014 году дом значительно пострадал во время пожара – уничтоженные стены были отстроены заново для избежания разрушения всей конструкции здания.
