Те, кто давно занимается в зале, знают, что тяжело только первые два дня (или первые 2 круга по 30)))
Марафоны - это такой своеобразный чек своей силы воли, нераскрытых возможностей и формы. В этом году я поставила себе высокую планку, что послужило мотивацией, расскажу позже. Помните, не Новый год всё изменит, а ты)
