Объект так и не заработал: эксперты признали его аварийным, а бюджет растраченным. С прошлого года Беляев и Кучарбаев были под домашним арестом, а теперь отправятся за решётку. Обоим запретили работать в госорганах 2 года и 6 месяцев.
