Одна из клиенток меня позвала на марафон по восстановлению после родов, моя цель были именно МТД. Могу сказать-работает. Занимаюсь всего 10 минут в день. Кстати, стоимость участия у меня была минимальной, менее 4000, тк я нашла ещё двоих.
