Филиппов защитил в 2000 году диссертацию на соискание ученой степени кандидата сельскохозяйственных наук на тему разведения рыбы в малогабаритном рыбоводческом хозяйстве. Но все же в рейде он чувствует себя не как рыба в воде. Это судя по его отрешенному виду на фото.
Беленецкий перебрался в Рязань недавно из Донецка, так что к рейдам и проверкам он более привычен.
