❓Что произошло? В одном из интервью первый замминистра строительства и ЖКХ РФ Ирек Файзуллин не исключил, что Казань могут рассмотреть в качестве пилотного города-миллионника, где будут отрабатываться механизмы реновации.
«Надо в качестве пилота ... отработать механизмы [реновации] на примере городов-миллионников. Возможно ли вообще взять какой-то микрорайон, посадить туда современные объекты. Естественно, людям дать квартиры там же — тем, которые там жили. С доплатами, без доплат или один-в-один с теми квартирами, в которых они жили.»
‼️Резюме: В принципе, не важно, кто будет первым: миллионник или «город поменьше». Главное, не превратить полезную программу в очередную «точечную застройку», и дать людям новое комфортное жилье.

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
