На рассмотрение иска у судьи Олега Нефедова ушло четыре часа. Журналисты находились в зале с трансляцией, в зал заседаний их пустили лишь на оглашение решения. Двое представителей Минюста пришли в суд в медицинских масках и отказались общаться с прессой.
UPD: Как отмечает «Первый отдел», немедленно начинает действовать лишь запрет на деятельность «движения». Формальное вступление в силу наступит, по расчетам юристов, 10 января 2024, если не будет обжаловано.
