По сравнению с прошлыми торгами, начальная цена снижена и составляет 66,7 млн рублей, также предусмотрена возможность оплаты в рассрочку равными ежемесячными платежами в течение 1 года с первоначальным платежом 30%.
Торги пройдут на площадке Росэлторг (https://www.roseltorg.ru/procedure/COM04022500108). Заявки на участи принимаются до 7 марта. Аукцион будет проводиться на повышение цены. Победителем признаётся участник, предложивший наилучшее ценовое предложение.
