Дагестанские суды опубликовали в сети первые постановления по административным делам против участников погрома, который произошел возле аэропорта Уйташ с 29 на 30 октября. В них говорится, что обвиняемые использовали «матерную ругань возле наркодиспансера». Кроме того, им вменяется мелкое хулиганство и участие в несанкционированной акции.
В базе суда нашлось 15 аналогичных дел, поступивших 31 октября и 1 ноября. Отмечается, что еще в суды Дагестана поступили 82 протокола о нарушении порядка проведения митинга. Судя по всему, реального наказания не понесёт никто.
