🤎я недавно вернулась с тренировки 💪 устала копец 😂 Пришла домой а сын спит, на своей подушки уже два часа❗️ Я в шоке, когда я его укладываю он полтора часа максимум спит, чаще всего по часу, муж молодец справился и сам с ним выспался 😂 Кстати, вот недавно мы перешли на 1 сон (нам 1,4), сложновато, иногда его клонит в сон по вечерам, но пытаюсь его чем то отвлечь/занять 😅 Скоро в сад, по этому будем с мужем практиковать самозасыпание и бросать грудь 🙂
