Жители ЖК Серебрянный Фонтан от Эталона готовы подавать коллективный иск на застройщика из-за потопов квартир. По словам дольщиков, после каждого перекрытия, в квартирах начинает срывать «американки», подтапливая соседние квартиры. Случаи повторяются уже 3-ий раз за 7 месяцев. Причём, вообще непонятно за чей счёт это будет восстанавливаться.
