رامین خطیبی از سال ۱۳۹۰ فعالیت خود را در حوزه طراحی آغاز کرده و طی سالیان مختلف با شرکت‌های مختلف ایرانی و بین‌المللی همکاری داشته است. ایشان طی ۶ سال اخیر فعالیت خود را روی تاسیس و پیش‌برد آکادمی دیزاین جهت آموزش موضوعات مرتبط با طراحی و استودیودیزاین برای ارائه خدمات طراحی و توسعه محصولات دیجیتال متمرکز کرده است.
🔻آکادمی دیزاین(Dexign Academy) طی ۲۳ دوره برگزار شده، نزدیک به ۳۰۰ مهارت‌جو را آموزش داده و همچنین استودیو دیزاین(Dexign Studio) اکنون با ۳۰ همکار در حال ارائه خدمات مختلف به شرکت‌های ایرانی نام آشنایی مانند ایرانسل، دیجی‌کالا و شرکت‌های بین‌المللی دیگر است.

In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
