*⃣پرسش دوم: آیا سکوت روشنفکران را می‌توان با مقولاتی چون پیروی از جامعه یا ترس نسبت به واکنش مخاطبان تحلیل کرد؟ ✅در روزهای آینده، با روشن شدن احتمالی افق امید نسبت به آینده و تأثیر مشارکت، می‌توان شاهد پیوستن شماری از مجموعۀ کسانی به مشارکت بود که اگر فضای گفت‌وگوی علنی نسبتاً مطلوب پدید آید و در تهدید پرداخت هزینه نباشند، یا شرایطی پدید آید که بتوانند به برونرفتی از بن‌بست، یا - به گفتۀ شماری از فعالان نواصلاح‌طلب یا اصلاح‌گر - به «افق‌گشایی» امید ببندند، از این آمادگی برخوردارند که در گفت‌وگو شرکت کنند و برای مشارکت قانع شوند و به اظهار نظر / رأی‌دهی ایجابی بپردازند.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
