Замороженный с ночи банан дольками + замороженная малина (1/2 от объема банана) + водичка (100-120 мл) + Пару ложек творожка детского или греческого йогурта (можно без!) = безупречный вкус лета! ❤️Лепешка из авокадо /слегка горчит, когда авокадо запекаешь, но не отразилось на желании есть Глебом. и самое главное-процесс😉 /
Авокадо + сыр тертый (горсть) + яйцо + специи = запечь в духовке 180 гр 20-25 минут)
Можно подавать с творожным сыром/рыбкой на завтрак или просто на перекус!

Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
