Но он в принципе по капусте профи-поедатель) ест щи любимые, только за щекой трещит)) и тушеную капусту ест, и борщ, но там его свекла интересует особенно 😁

На 5 вафель:
Капуста 250 гр 1 яйцо 100 гр йогурта классического, без сахара Лук, укроп по 2-3 веточки Мука рисовая 4 ст л Оливковое масло 2 ст л Соль, черный перец
Готовим👩🏼🍳 🟡Капусту нашинковать 🟡Пропустить через блендер 🟡Добавить яйцо, масло, зелень, йогурт, соль, перец 🟡Взбить блендером 🟡Добавить муку, перемешать 🟡Выпекать вафли - в моей вафельнице - 7 минут
