А потом мы удивляемся почему народ бежит, например, из системы образования и не могут найти людей, которые будут учить наших детей. Имхо, пока наши "шейхи" от стройки и другие авторитетные предприниматели не начнут платить налоги, наши возможности на развитие, как минимум, будут деградировать ... Как-то их немного в связи с тем, что в налоговую назначаются люди, которых в свое время выгоняли со службы за взятки
