Но «соответствующий настрой у военкоматов, у структур, которые занимаются этим вопросом, есть».
— Военкоматами и другими структурами рассматривается вопрос, что если человек должен быть призванным, и он уехал, не снявшись с воинского учета, то его повестка настигнет, где бы он ни скрывался.
Если человек находится за рубежом, то, по словам приморского губернатора, он должен объяснить «какие мотивы командировки».
