2 экземпляра Заявления + 1 лист с Согласием на обработку персональных данных. Один экземпляр и Согласие сдаете им. На втором Заявлении Вам ставят штамп о входящем номере, дату.
Если везёте и по Снежкому, и по в/г Павшино, то к каждому приложить Согласие об обработке перс.данных.
Если Заявление печатать с двух сторон, то получается всего 4 листа Заявлений (с двух сторон) + 2 Согласия. Итого 6 листов от одного заявителя.
Было сказано, что один человек может привезти за других Заявления, НО обязательно с заполненной формой Согласия об обработке перс.данных (Можете ещё раз уточнить).
