По имеющимся данным в ходе столкновения погибли 46 солдат, ещё 10 были взяты в плен или пропали без вести, на территории объекта были сожжены 9 единиц техники. По иной версии, возможно речь идёт о засаде на конвой. В сентябре прошлого года джихадисты уже атаковали военных Нигера в этом районе устроив там засаду. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
