"Этот год стал периодом активного переосмысления концептуальных подходов большинства стран мира к тому, какой должна быть система международных отношений, отвечающая требованиям времени", — отметил Яковенко.
Также он добавил, что многое будет зависеть от темпов смены поколения западных элит, сформировавшихся в течение последних 30 лет.
