С 20 по 23 ноября в Салехарде состоится Форум молодёжи коренных народов «Российский Север»
Площадка объединит 100 участников в возрасте от 14 до 35 лет
В программе форума – 5 направлений: ✅ «Россевер. Сообщество» – для тех представителей коренных народов, кто настроен на создание и развитие молодежных сообществ; ✅ «Россевер. Туризм» – практики и теория для участников, развивающих этнотуризм в своих регионах; ✅ «Россевер. Имидж» – для творческих людей, кто знает или хочет узнать, что такое культурный код, и готов представить культуру своего народа в современном формате; ✅ «Россевер. Родные языки» – для активистов сохранения родных языков; ✅ «Россевер. Контент» – объединение медийщиков, фотографов, копирайтеров, специалистов по SMM-продвижению с целью создания единого медиканала «Россевер».
На форуме стартует грантовый конкурс «Росмолодёжи», который даст возможность авторам интересных молодежных проектов получить финансирование до 1,5 миллионов рублей.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
